Miles has been our winemaker at Crossroads since 2004 and has played a vital role in helping us to create award-winning wines year after year.

George Leete

Assistant Winemaker - Crossroads

A Hawkes Bay local, George set his sights on the wine industry from an early age. During his high school days he worked in various local vineyards which ignited a passion for the wine industry.

Bryon is born and bred in Hawke’s Bay. He started agricultural farming in the region before getting into grapes 17 years ago. Bryon has done every kind of job in the vineyard, from pruning and vine training to operating machines such as grape harvesters.

Carol Siow

Cellar Door Manager

Wine has always been Carol’s passion. After working for multi-national corporations such IBM Singapore, Tourism Australia, MTV Asia and Club Med in her native Singapore and later in Victoria Australia, Carol came to New Zealand in 2009 to learn more about wine.

Helen Frith

Director of Sales - Asia, Middle East, and Africa

Helen previously had also enjoyed working with Constellation New Zealand and other global wine companies selling, marketing and educating for over 20-plus years before joining us here.

“Wine is my passion, profession and hobby, so I am one of the lucky ones!” she says.
